Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the terms of service provision, refunds, and subscription cancellation for GiveawayOK ("we", "us", or "our"), a service for conducting Instagram giveaways. The seller's details are provided in the Terms of Service.

Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Service Provision and Use

2.1 Electronic Service Provision

The service purchased by the user is provided in electronic form. The service becomes available to the user after successful completion of payment for the subscription period or according to the terms of the selected pricing plan.

2.2 Agreement to Terms upon Payment and Effective Date

By making payment for services, the user confirms their full and unconditional agreement with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and this Refund Policy. Payment for the service means the user's acceptance of all terms and their immediate entry into force from the moment of payment confirmation and the granting of access to the service.

The GiveawayOK service is a digital service provided in electronic form. After payment confirmation, access to the service's functionality is granted immediately according to the selected pricing plan.

By making payment, the user gives their express prior consent to the commencement of the provision of the digital service immediately, before the expiry of the 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract, and confirms that they are informed and acknowledge that after the full provision of the digital service (or upon the commencement of its provision with their consent), they lose the right to withdraw from the contract and to a refund in the manner provided for distance contracts, to the extent permitted by the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.3 Access to Services

After successful payment, the user receives access to the services according to the selected pricing plan:

• Free plan: access to processing up to 100 comments
• One-time payment: purchase of a link that grants perpetual access after purchase (for the entire period of operation of the Service)
• Monthly plan: a one-time purchase granting access to the services for 30 days (without automatic renewal)
• Annual plan: a one-time purchase granting access to the services for 365 days (without automatic renewal)

2.4 Use of the Service

By using the functionality of GiveawayOK (in particular, creating giveaways, exporting comments, selecting winners, or other capabilities of the service), the user confirms that the digital service has begun to be provided in accordance with the selected pricing plan.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Content and Services

Purchased services are considered digital content in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine on consumer rights protection, including the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services".

3.2 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on consumer rights protection, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance selling contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or the conclusion of the service provision contract, without stating a reason. The seller is obliged to return the paid funds within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

3.3 Digital Services

GiveawayOK provides digital services, access to which is granted immediately after successful payment.

Since the provision of the digital service begins immediately upon the user's express prior consent (Section 2.2), the user loses the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period with respect to the service already provided, to the extent permitted by the current legislation of Ukraine.

If the digital service was provided properly and in accordance with its description, refund requests are considered on an individual basis, taking into account the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

This provision does not limit the consumer's rights provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, in particular in the event of improper provision of the service.

3.4 Defective or Incomplete Service Provision

In case of defective or incomplete service provision, the user may contact the service provider to request resolution of the problem. We undertake to provide an appropriate resolution or to refund the funds if it is impossible to provide the service properly.

3.5 One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (purchase of a link), after access to the digital service has been granted, a refund is possible only in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, or if the service was provided improperly.

4. Plan Access and Cancellation

4.1 Fixed-Term Access

Plans purchased on or after June 25, 2026 are one-time purchases that grant access to the service for a fixed number of days according to the selected plan (the monthly plan grants 30 days, the annual plan grants 365 days). These plans do not renew automatically, and no recurring charge is made to your payment method. Access ends automatically at the end of the paid period unless a new plan is purchased.

4.2 Subscriptions Created Before June 25, 2026

Subscriptions created before June 25, 2026 had automatic renewal enabled and were automatically charged to the registered payment method at the end of each term (monthly or annual) until the user cancelled them. If you have such a subscription, it continues to renew automatically until you cancel it. You can review and cancel it at any time on the "My Account > Subscription" page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you retain access to all features until the end of the paid period. Full details of any such subscription are available in your account.

4.3 Refunds

GiveawayOK plans provide access to the digital service for a fixed term (30 or 365 days) and do not renew automatically.

Once the term of a purchased plan has begun, access to the digital service is considered provided for the corresponding paid period.

A refund for a period during which the user has already received access to the service is, as a rule, not made, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of Ukraine or if the service was provided improperly.

5. Refund Method

5.1 Refund Terms

If a refund applies, funds will be returned to the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the refund request.

5.2 Refund Delays

In some cases, refunds may take additional time due to payment system processing. If the refund has not occurred within the specified period, please contact us.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you as required by applicable law, which may include posting the updated Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of the page.
